#2- Fix this behavior with "Reverse Conditioning"- 100% success rate with problem pets-1) Put the pet in the driveway with a bowl of food- 2) Start the car -3) Put car in reverse and hit the gas
1) In the F-18 the nosewheel is actually aft of the pilots seat so in those deck maneuvers around the edge the pilot is hanging out over the deep blue sea. You can kind of see in that video that there is a little lip on the edge of the deck to help prevent just taxiing off.
#1 What was the very last signal he gave? That was close. #2 The fenders on my Nissan p/up are so thin you can bend them with no effort. #5 Who says animals can't think? #8 Should be legal to shoot these assholes.
#1 Last signal was turning control over to next Yellow Shirt to finish parking or go on to another spot. Pilot could not deplane with it parked like that.
Worked with a guy who's dog would climb the ladder. Eventually he trained the dog to fetch him a beer. Handy when roofing. Dog wouldn't climb down though, had to lower with a harness.
#1. U.S.S Saratoga, Med cruise. Pushed F-14 onto deck elevator. Forgot to un-hook the car, lowered elevator. Everything forward of the cockpit was now on the deck. They won't show you that one!

ReplyDeleteThat’s an amazing feat, where the heck do the practice that kind of parking at?
DeleteIt was even worse with the RA-5C Vigilante; it's nosewheel was even further aft of the pilot.

1. 65 feet above water plus another 15 feet above the deck. My feet would be shaking too hard to use the brakes.
ReplyDeleteRing clenched, and hand on the ejector pull.
Delete#3....If he was a protestor, just desserts. If not, need more info.
ReplyDeleteYes, needs more context. Was the guy in the hi-viz vest a worker or a protester?
Delete#3 - 'Puto Madre !!"
DeleteIt looks like he has a name tag on his vest, or some kind of credential. Never seen that on a road-blocking eco-asshole.
Delete#3 was edited to omit what ever is really going on. Connot say whom is wrong here.
ReplyDelete#5 OSHA violation. He wasn't using the harness hooks!
ReplyDeleteADA Exception due to "hand" disability

ReplyDelete#5 - Slowpoke! Obviously milking it to get a couple minutes more enroute to punching out for the day.
ReplyDelete#4: Hope that's not his wedding ring.
ReplyDeleteNumber 3 is why we should all have suppressed centerfire pistols.
ReplyDeleteWhen I saw #6 I immediately thought of the old commercial with the Clydesdales and Lee Iachoca singing here comes the king.
ReplyDelete#9 - Zorak meets pup. Where's Space Ghost?
