(WWSB) - After being arrested for vandalizing a vehicle and firing a gun into an occupied home, a convicted felon was also found to be in possession of a large amount of narcotics.
On Sunday, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., Matthew Kyle Franklin had a dispute with a female at his residence in the Englewood East/Port Charlotte area.
