An Ohio father ended up in the hospital after he was run over by his 9-year-old son while he was teaching the boy how to drive, according to cops.
It happened around 1 p.m. Sunday at a home in the 100 block of Carbon Street in Toledo. Local ABC affiliate WTVG obtained surveillance video of the incident from a home across the street. It shows 36-year-old Clejuan Williams inside the open door jam on the driver’s side. Williams reportedly told the boy to hit the brake, but the boy didn’t know which pedal it was. He hit the gas, and the car went into reverse.

ReplyDelete"Clejuan"? Don't even need to read the article.
ReplyDelete"Williams reportedly told the boy to hit the brake, but the boy didn’t know which pedal it was." A perfect example of why you should always label objects.
ReplyDeleteProbably can't read either.
DeleteTeaching him to drive so he can jack a new car for da ol man.
DeleteWe know the reporters can't spell--"door jam" instead of "door jamb".

The real story is that the police got the damning video from the house across the street. You're being spied on 24/7 even on your property.
ReplyDeleteI think I might have figured out what went wrong here.
ReplyDeleteYou're supposed to be IN the car...
Funny. I remember accidentally hitting the gas instead of the brake when my dad was teaching me to drive. I remember not wanting to disappoint him back then but looking back now it was hilarious. He was of course sitting in the car beside me at the time, and not standing behind it like a moron.
