All's Fair in Love and War

CHICAGO — Two men who were dating the same woman agreed to settle their differences by meeting for a fistfight—a plan that went sideways when one of them showed up with a gun, officials say. Now, one of the men, 46-year-old Gabriel Blakemore, faces attempted murder charges.

Judge Shauna Boliker detained Blakemore, saying he “brought a gun to a fistfight” and “blindsided” the other man “with the intention of shooting and taking his life.”

  2. Me and an Aussie Bloke found we were dating the same girl in Thailand. We had a good laugh about how she was gaming with both of us. We planned our business trips to be in Bangkok at the same time, met up at the Hard Rock and had drinks. We both ditched the chick, but were friends for years, often crossing paths and hanging out. We thought it was funny as f*ck and never held a grudge except with the pretty little lady.

    1. That's the way if should be. Unless one of you knew she was already dating someone else, why be upset with her other victim?

Happened to my (skip the greats) grandmother. She was married and her husband decided to head west and would send for her. Years passed. She and her kids head west to see where he died. Find him living with another woman and a bunch of kids with her. The two women gang up on him and beat him to a pulp.
