I worked in DC and lived in Alexandria, Va, Duke Street, for 18 months. I saw lots of really dumb people doing stupid shit in DC, it's like a magnet to bring in the attention seeking retards. It was also a great place to wander around and check out our federal monuments at that time, Clinton was president then..
