I've been in seas like that in a vessel a bit smaller than as shown. A pretty smooth ride with the occasional good thumping when the boat comes to a stand still.
Pouring a cup of coffee (in the sink) is doable. In the sink because you just might spill. One time in seas like that, it took three tries before I got a full cup. By full, I mean half full. Full to the brim means you'll probably spill half.
#2 reminds me of the Howie Mandel story of using the rest room at The Met when he reached under the stall asking for toilet paper after smearing his hand with a melted Snickers bar.

As long as the welds don't split, it's enjoyable.
