U.S. Army Abandons Diversity Requirement for High-Level, Non-Commissioned Officers

The United States Army has formally eliminated the diversity requirement from the process of selecting candidates for the roles of top noncommissioned officers.

As reported by Daily Wire, the announcement was made by Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Weimer, the top enlisted official in the Army. The new guidance, intended for the process of choosing command sergeants major, removes a single line from the previous version: The line which dictated that candidates must “consider diversity to ensure leaders represent our formations.”

  3. Even if they are doing this for real, instead of a head fake, where will they find competent candidates out of the precious snowflakes? Competent people have been staying out of the military because of all the DEI nonsense.

  4. No more DEI? Do you mean to tell me we have to put normal people into Operation Human Shield?

  6. All those traitors behind the DEI movement should be Court Martialed. It's going to take years to undo their damage. The higher ranks are full of unqualified losers who benefitted from DEI. A new Commander in Chief should fire them all at once, just like Clinton fired all the U S Attorneys at one time. Once the DEI crowd is gone recruiters will be swamped with highly qualified and motivated new recruits. America will be safe and respected again.
