  1. The kid's in the correct play area. The wooden framed one is a litter box for mountain lions.

  2. We would get a load of sand in the backyard when I was a kid. We would play king of the hill when it was delivered.

    1. That's me you're talking about. Dad built a sandbox like that (mine was bigger) for me to play with my Tonka Toys in the back yard. I'd spend hours out there.
My career was spent running equipment in the woods. I never had a job indoors, staring at a clock. I've been blessed that way. Thanks Dad. Thanks Lord.

  4. I have done this a few times. The kids get there buckets out and make a pile out of the evenly distributed pile in the box. The little ones are most industrious of the move.

  5. That's going to be another raised flower bed after the cats get done with it.

  6. We grew up with the pile of sand and gravel. Scoop out the cat shit and get busy building roads

  7. We had a fenced backyard with dogs. Cats were never a problem...

  8. When my son was about 4, I saw him pushing his Tonka truck through the back yard loaded with bricks. “Whatcha doing, Bubba?” “Working hard, Daddy.” I was feeling really good about how I was raising him until I realized the only place in the backyard with bricks was the patio. He had a good chunk dismantled before I figured it out. He was a good kid then and he’s a good kid now.
