A split panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled against four gun owners who argued that they needed magazines that hold up to 17 bullets for self-defense.

You read that right: Extra large capacity magazines. I've noticed over the past week or so that the fucking gun grabbers have started using that term to describe any magazine of holding more than 10 rounds. I guess regular large capacity magazines aren't scary enough.
Extra large? I tell everyone that.
ReplyDeleteThis won’t be an issue in Super America 2.
ReplyDeleteThe DC pro-gang muggers lobby is very powerful. When they target someone, they like to do it in groups of four or more. "Extra high capacity" magazines are a real job hazard for them.
ReplyDeleteThey are trying to lay the groundwork for further restrictions by now calling 10 rounds "Large Capacity" and 10+ "Extra Large Capacity". A normal capacity magazine will be 5 rounds, with older revolvers grandfathered in. New revolvers will be limited to 5 round cylinders.
ReplyDeleteAnd no, I haven't read that anywhere. I just understand how they think.
I tried that "it's extra large" talk with my GF, she wasn't fooled one bit.
ReplyDeleteI read the decision. These commie judges did not follow the US Supreme Court’s directive in Bruen which they have to follow. The problem is that an appea to the Supreme Court is permissive, and the Supreme Court is unlikely to take the case when only a DC law is involved.
ReplyDeleteShrinkflation. It's the thing now. Kind of like "the new normal".
ReplyDelete"Standard" capacity is the term we need to push. 30 rounds for ARs, 15-17 for modern pistols is "standard", whatever the manufacturer furnishes with the gun when sold in a free state.
ReplyDeleteMore ridiculous BS from the country's most useless city and court.. Fuck Off
