A woman caught shoplifting at a South Bay convenience store used a lighter and an aerosol can to spray flames at an employee who confronted her, police said.
It happened on Tuesday, Nov. 12 around 3:20 a.m. at a 7-Eleven on the 1200 block of Artesia Boulevard.
