A 61-year-old man in Florida driving around with his adult grandson on Monday was gunned down in broad daylight — taking four bullet rounds to his back after being thrown down in the street — during an “execution-style” road rage shooting, police say.
I cannot believe someone named "Kentavious" would do such a thing. It's usually a "Jeffery", "Charles", or "Ted".
ReplyDeleteSo many ancient Romans driving around Florida.
DeleteThis is why every state needs to allow for Constitutional Carry. It's not about YOU, it's the other guy. So you make a mistake driving and cut somebody off you didn't see because they were in a blind-spot of your vehicle, or there was a road sign, or whatever, a legit simple traffic mistake. Mr. Impulse Control here decides that's worth your life, and you don't get a say in the matter?
ReplyDeleteIf you want to take my guns away, take the nutjobs away. Since you're releasing them back into society, I'll always be carrying when I go outside. Jartavious and his glock will find out what a .357 magnum Smith and Wesson looks like, and shit his pants on the spot when I let that 4" barrel loose in his direction!
Florida allows permit free concealed carry but it seems no one in this scenario bothered to

Literally happened right down the street from the Casa and I had to find out about it on National News. LOTS of chimp-out fatalities as of late to the point I've upgraded the EDC piece from my 2-Shot "John Wilkes Booth" derringer (in .357 mind you) to either my S&W 9mm (13 with one up the pipe) or my 1911A1 in .45. Probably the .45 as it's a one-shot showstopper.
ReplyDeleteAnd we have a weird new law here: Permitless carry. No open carry, but you can carry w/out a permit. It's a weird law I know but hopefully we'll get OC shortly 'cos the rules about concealed carry are a pain in the ass
You think Florida has weird carry laws? Here in Tennessee we have permitless carry which is concealed only. We also have 2 types of carry with 2 types of permits. One is a permit that allows you to carry concealed only and can be obtained online. It's useful for when you're traveling out of state. The other is an 'enhanced' permit and is obtained the old fashioned way by attending a class and jumping through a few hoops. It allows you to open carry and also allows you to carry in a few places that permitless carry doesn't allow. Also the enhanced permit allows me to carry in States that don't allow the online permit in reciprocity agreements.
DeleteI've got the enhanced permit because that was the original permit before the other type and before the permitless carry was signed into law. I don't open carry for the most part, but it does keep me from worrying if my gun prints or is accidentally exposed in public.
Can't we all just get along? Apparently not Rodney King.
