MILWAUKEE (WISN) – A 20-year-old father admitted to throwing his infant son against a wall because a video game irritated him, according to authorities.
My brother had a step-son that had been thrown against the wall by his bio-dad when the boy was 2 years old. The 2 year old suffered brain damage and functions similar to a person with Downs Syndrome.
Mom was not in the room at the time; I believe (but could be wrong) that maternal grandma saw it happen. Bio-dad ended up in prison for a number of years (10? 15?). My brother and his wife were warned when bio-dad was released.
The fact that bio-dad walked out of prison is an indictment of our legal system.
Maybe he saw his chimp cousins do that at the zoo so monkey see, monkey do.

There are some crimes that prison time isn't enough justice for. This is one of them.
