  2. Shoot her.
Seriously though, how does someone get through all the checks-and-balances to the point of being a sitting judge, and still be un-qualified for the position?
    DEI Strikes again!

  4. I am surprised that the judge didn't claim that it was simply "that time of the month" and that was why she had such a hair trigger.
I went and read the article, and considering her over 29 years as a practicing attorney, it would appear that there is no redeeming her, since she no doubt has her personality set in stone and can't change who she is.
The fact is that some people simply have no business in a job that involves dealing directly with the public at large. She might be a fantastic legal mind, but she is obviously the word for a female dog, that I don't like to use, even if the shoe fits. I think it is time for the powers that be in Florida relieve her of her duties and send her packing. If that is an option of course. Often once someone gets put into place, they have one hell of a time getting rid of them. I am thinking of a school teacher with tenure, for example. Unless a teacher rapes a student, it can be a hard thing to fire them. And of course there is always the teacher's union there to back them up.

    1. Say the word - it's cathartic. I remember the first time I heard my Pop said "Fuck!". he was in his seventies, and said it was an amazing release. Before that, he wouldn't say "shit" if he had a mouthful.

  5. There was a local judge that my family had had issues with over the years, he's since passed on.... When I had to go in front of him over some legal stuff way back when he went off in the court room before sentencing me. I replied back with my thoughts on him and his opinion, needless to say he was NOT happy about that and gave me contempt 2x.
I believe most judges are just trying to do the right thing but some are tyrants and deserve no respect and need to be removed from the bench

  6. Clearly on a power trip.
I would be best if she didn't go to the Judicial College, and was permanently disbarred.
She can be a Wal Mart greeter.

  8. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. With her years of experience in the courtroom she darn well knows what constitutes contempt. Obviously black robes kill brain cells.

  9. What a snot bag. She needs to be removed from the bench immediately. She reminds me of a teacher I had in high school. Little sawed off stump of doofus who had Little Man's Disease and hated every one of us who wasn't a dwarf like him and took it out on us numerous times for no reason. No, we didn't comment on his size just his crappy personality.
