Supreme Court to hear arguments over Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for minors
WASHINGTON (AP) — Advocates for transgender rights are turning to a conservative-dominated Supreme Court after a presidential election in which Donald Trump and his allies promised to roll back protections for transgender people.
Dumb.M-F.N Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson played the race card and said equated banning transgender procedures for minors with prohibiting interracial marriage.
