A district attorney in Tennessee is facing a reckless endangerment charge after shooting a gun several times at a fugitive and hitting a home that had a woman and her three children inside.
I probably would not have brought this dumfk up on charges, but rather handled the situation administratively after he paid for all repairs for the damage he caused.
This dude needs some serious range time on those flip-up targets with good guys and bad guys.
To them much is given, much is expected. Why go soft on county execs? I would charge him - criminally and civilly - as a civilian and administratively as a govt employee.
