A newborn calf that was abandoned inside a dumpster in the freezing cold now has another chance at life.
Mike Lloyd made what he thought was a routine trip Nov. 13 to take his trash to the dump in South Boston, Virginia, but it was a trip that turned out to be anything but ordinary, WDBJ reports.
God Bless them and curse the heartless bastard who did that.

ReplyDeleteI dated a girl who had a pet cow, Black Angus, she accidentally picked up a a cattle auction..... She was there with her now ex and nobody bid on that much smaller than normal calf so she ended up with her... Moo Moo grew up to be a normal sized cow that thought she was a dog..

I knew of a guy who went with a couple of friends on a 2-week vacation to drive cattle. He helped deliver a calf on the drive and named him Norman. Later on, the trail boss died and the hands ran off and left him. He and his buddies managed to drive the cattle the rest of the way by themselves. He ended up adopting Norman and taking him home to New York. Oh, wait, that’s just the plot to “City Slickers.l
