The Tampa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman who officers say was captured on video firing a gunshot into the air outside of a movie theater on Saturday night.

      I was just thinking that.

      At best, it's self-defense only no one got shot. At worst, she's celebrating new year's eve a little early. Either way, why arrest her?
