This is a good demonstration of why women should wear dresses more frequently. And they don't even have to be as revealing as this one is. Women who do just look much more feminine - and speaking for myself at least - generally more desirable than those who insist on always wearing jeans, yoga pants, or (God forbid) sweats.
I'd make the same case for long hair, I don't think I've ever seen a woman whose appearance wasn't elevated by having long hair, no matter how good she might look with shorter hair. Lil' Miss here in this post certainly know how to work both to her benefit.
