Determined fucker, ain't he?

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – A 21-year-old from Detroit is facing charges after reportedly shooting at a Warren home twice.

The shootings happened at the home of a Highland Park police officer on Sunday, Jan. 5, and Monday, Jan. 6.

Cesar Millan(dog whisper) always said don't give your dogs negative names because subconsciously people stereo type and think the dog is mean or aggressive "killer" when reality their sweet. Wonder if the same goes for people? Some people just born Evil.
