Is there anybody, anybody at all, in the Biden Crime Family that he missed?

President Joe Biden pardoned several members of his family, including his brother and sister, in his final minutes in office.

The announcement came about 15 minutes before Donald Trump was sworn in as the 47th president of the United States. The statement came out as Biden and Trump stood in the Capitol rotunda, waiting for the president-elect to take the oath of office.

Talk's cheap, motherfucker.

  3. This will for all time be a shining example of the criminally corrupt cabal.
If at any time should anyone doubt the criminality of the last four years, they need only be shown this pardon.

    I, Biden, hereby pardon
    This Biden
    That Biden
    The other Biden
    Another Biden
    Yet Another Biden
    And Any Other Biden

    2. "Joe" didn't pardon Jill, so she could be charged with issuing pardons in his name.

  4. FWIW I don't think it's any more valid than the body double proclaiming the ERA as the 28th Amendment. Unless I missed something, a pardon is for someone who has committed a crime.
    These people haven't been convicted.

    Yet.

    1. In Burdick v. United States (1915), the Supreme Court ruled that a pardon implies guilt and accepting a pardon may be an admission of guilt.

  7. Damn it!
If you're NOT a criminal you DO NOT need a pardon.

    1. Name one of those he pardoned who isn't.
My hope is that they get tossed out because of him being mentally unfit.

    2. The use of pre-emptive pardons has rarely been used, with one of the few instances of Ford pardoning Nixon. These types of actions have never been challenged and the usual situation is the person receiving get pardon, having actually been charged and convicted of something.
I am hoping the lawyers are working on a court case now. Of course he has to also clean out the DOJ and other federal agencies.

  12. I believe pardons only apply to Federal Charges. I suppose some State Attorney Generals could bring changes at the state level.

  13. Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1: "The President ... shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of impeachment."

I think one could make a pretty good case that these pardons are unconstitutional. One may have been thought to have committed an offense against the US but until it has been proven in a court of law, the party is innocent. Until the "offenses" have been proven, the people Biden pardoned were already innocent and therefore, a pardon is not applicable. It seems to me the "offense" must be proven in a court of law before it can be pardoned. To pardon someone for "offenses" they may have committed, is likely contrary to the spirit of this constitutional provision. The way the Article was written in the Constitution implies that it is something that happens after the fact (after a conviction). Perhaps there is some record of the ideas behind pardons in the writings of the founders.

Wouldn't that be great if the Supreme Court ruled these pardons unconstitutional and then some of these bastards are prosecuted and go to jail anyway!

    1. I think everyone understands why the "pre-crime blanket pardon" is clearly NOT constitutional nor original intent. The idea for such broad clemency power does not come from Article II of the US Constitution. It comes from a post US Civil War judgement by the Supreme Court called "Ex Parte Garland" from 1866. Therefore, this blanket pre-pardon crap CAN AND MUST be nullified by the SCOTUS. If not, every President now has an unofficial, anonymous Cabinet Member in charge or accepting bribes and handling all his personal acts of treason. Common practice will be to pardon his mafia middlemen before leaving office.

Even with Biden's pardon-fest, his cronies are hardly out of the fire. By accepting these pardons, they forfeit all Fifth Amendment protections. They all now have to answer all questions in court. Shiff, Fauci, Cheney, not to mention everyone with the last name Biden may spend the next 10 years giving testimony under oath. I doubt they'll have time for anything else.

And remember: all these crooked paths lead back to Hillary and Obama.

    2. You have too much faith in them being honest. Their testimony under oath to each and every question will be "I do not recall."

  14. We must thank old joe for providing a list of those who need to be prosecuted. Saves a lot of time and trouble. Now arrest them all, thro them into solitary while they await their day at the gallows. Or court. Whichever. OutOfTime
