Sorry, but I'm struggling a bit with this. I feel for the home owners for sure, however due diligence in verifying the renters would be in order. In today's breakdown of society, you TRUST NO ONE, outside of your family and close friends.
Ha! Fuck 'em. In my corner of the world, AirBNB is completely ruining neighborhoods. The house next to me just sold. 1400 sq ft, 4 bedroom with a pool. The city says only eight people but typically you will see 10 cars and 20 people raising hell until all hours. I am learning how to make flaming arrows...
