No wonder her ass was numb

CHICAGO — Federal authorities have charged a New York woman with smuggling 31 pounds of cocaine into the United States in the seat of her electric wheelchair. Elaine Perez was arrested at O’Hare International Airport on Saturday as she entered the country on a flight from Sao Paulo, Brazil, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.
