Remember, kids - Look before you jump
MANTECA, Calif. —
A man was fatally hit by a truck after intentionally ramming his car in a police car Wednesday morning in Manteca, officials said. The San Joaquin County Medical Examiner's Office later identified the man as 31-year-old Thomas Michael Sousa II, who appears to have been unhoused.
