Probably a TX Longhorn x Watusi cross. LH would never have that 'mass' of horn, and Watusi would not have the horizontal spread... But cross the two, and thats what you'd get.
I think you're right. Watusi's horns come out more to the tops of their skulls, Longhorn's from the side of the skull. I have seen spreads that size on Watusis though.
# 6 if he has independent braking on the back axles then no problem. i have driven tractors miles on the back wheels using the brakes to steer. any country boy knows how.
Yup, pulling logs a long distance I've done that. Left or right brake for turning. Even with the front bucket full of dirt sometimes the front just would not stay down.
A river of concrete is visible discharging from the bowl. If he was any good as a mixer driver he'd have backed up - it looks like there's even room to do a U turn after the steep bit.
Watusi steer. a yard ornament.
ReplyDelete#1. Imagine that on the front of your Cadillac. You'd need a wide load sign and maybe an escort.
ReplyDeleteAwesome specimen.
#3 looks hella-fun.
ReplyDelete4. Just who was it that thought we needed the captions?
ReplyDeleteThat is a long horn in #1 for certain.
ReplyDeleteWatusi. It's an African breed.

DeleteMy brother-in-law bought a set of such horns for his truck and found they were much too long for the road.
ReplyDelete#6 I wonder if any cement spilled out the back.
ReplyDeleteNo, but a lot of concrete did.
