A fuming husband really dug himself into a hole after his wife vented about her boss -- deciding the best handle on the situation was to whack the guy in the head with a shovel.

His sentence should be to have this latest victim whack him in the back of the head with a shovel when he isn't expecting it. While standing at the top of a long flight of concrete stairs. Twice. Maybe a flaming shovel.
