A 47-year-old Albany man was convicted of using improvised explosive devices in a series of roadway explosions in the city.
Following a 16-month investigation, Albany police arrested Ezekiel Joseph Brown in November 2023 on allegations that he made and planted five IEDs on city streets between summer 2021 and winter 2022.
