Basement dweller kills family

A 32-year-old man in Wisconsin is accused of fatally shooting his younger sister then going to the police station and confessing, telling detectives he was fed up after years of being bullied by the 22-year-old woman.

    His actions were justified since he found sis wearing his only pair of big foot PJs and his parents just laughed when he complained.
