Cornell Law Professor William Jacobson Warns, ‘Don’t Get Complacent, DEI is Not Going Away’

William Jacobson, president and director of the Legal Insurrection Foundation, is warning conservatives to avoid being “complacent” with President Donald Trump’s fight against DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) policies within the federal government, noting how entities on the left are not easily going to “give up” the fight.

Within the first week of his administration, Trump signed an executive order terminating DEI policies in federal contracting, hiring, and spending, instead prioritizing merit-based hiring and performance evaluations.

  1. God bless the current duly elected leader of this once-great nation. Hopefully the multiple centuries old swamp in DC will be drained dry. Wouldn't it be absolutely amazing when he announces a 20% - 25% income tax reduction due to the lack of need for more funds.

    1. Uh, that won't happen for quite a while. Even if we balance the budget (lolol🤡), there's still that small matter of $37T that needs to get paid down.

  2. The Professor is correct. Combating this DEI shit is like trying to win at "Wack-A-Mole". It gets own and pops up out of another hole thanks partially to the rabid progressive universities, unions and partially to the complacency of the average worker who believes it only negatively affects others.

  6. The price of common sense is eternal vigilance. It will actually take a generation or two of concerted effort to properly purge it, since a lot of the current people pushing it will have to age out.

  7. When a Demonrat program is canceled, they will keep trying to revive it. especially one the alienates a bunch of other people. The use it as a distraction device while really screwing the public else where. Just look at the recent revelations around USAID.

These people were funding middle eastern TERRORISTS, Hamas and the Taliban. Not to mention, we send a few million dollars to CHINA every year. WTF?
