It appears that Elon Musk has incited the good townsfolk of Washington, D.C.
Across the internet, politicians and pundits are in a monstrous mood. The same people who spent the last year declaring the imminent death of democracy if Donald Trump were elected are now insisting that the real threat is the monster he has unleashed upon the federal bureaucracy.

I want to see heads on pikes, execution by electrocution and long lies at the gallows. Does that make me a monster? So be it.
ReplyDeleteStack the bodies in wall like fashion at the border.
DeleteIs “execution by electrocution” and “long lines at the gallows” mutually exclusive?

ReplyDeleteYes, one of the complaints is the lack of transparency.
Mainly from people who keep their eyes and ears closed.
Its that same federal bureaucracy that is complaining the loudest, because they are the scaredest. All that USAID money that Musk and his 'auditors' are looking into will be the cause of many of those same bureaucratic heads to roll. USAID doesn't give money to individuals. that money is given to 'organizations, agencies, and other steering committees. and they are mostly all incorporated. and all corporations have officers and boards of directors. Im willing to bet that lots n lots of 'honorable 'such and such or so and so's just happen to sit on those boards of directors. They know they're caught. look for mass resignations and stock up on the popcorn.
