The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office spoke with migrant farmworkers to mitigate any fears some might have about President Trump's deportation efforts.
Sheriff Patrick Withrow wanted to make it clear to them that if they've done nothing wrong, they have nothing to worry about.
They don't need to worry about President Trump, it's Tom Homan that's going to deport their illegal asses

Automatically, anyone that did something wrong got the message they indeed had something to worry about. This is good.
ReplyDeletethey did something wrong, Orange can send them back and allow them to reenter the country legally.
ReplyDeleteNo! If you came in illegally and are deported you are banned for life.
Delete"Nobody will be here to pick the food"
ReplyDeleteSorry to break it to folks, but it's illegal to employ someone without a work permit. Do you really think I want to lose my farm over something like that?
In 30 years of hiring people, I'd guess only about half a dozen did not have documents. The funniest one was a simple Honduras passport presented. "Sorry, that's not going to work."
Now whether or not documents presented were genuine is a different matter.
Sheriff isn't going to care, as long as they didn't catch you in an "active" crime
Pity the immigrant who bought a fake id which is the name of somebody with warrants.

Dude, we got thirty to forty thousand ex-federal workers looking for jobs. Plenty of people to pick the food!

They are doing us a favor. They are coming out and saying it:
ReplyDeleteWe no longer have a functional national government. We are becoming more and more balkanized.
Itll be interesting to see about Supreme Court on anchor babies. What they going to do send illegal parents back and leave their babies? Now if they become legal then their babies would be citizens. Asking for a true American friend.
ReplyDeleteIt'll be interesting to see the SC rule on all those activist judges.

"What they going to do send illegal parents back and leave their babies?"
DeleteNope. Deport them as a family. When the little Juan comes of age and is no longer a dependent of his parents he might choose to reenter the US. If the US still recognizes anchor babies. He has from now until then to learn the language and become familiar with our laws.
They DID do something wrong...
ReplyDeleteThey entered illegally. From there they STAYED illegally.
Migrant workers are welcome here, they should know the process and obtain a work permit. If you come here illegally and commit crimes, your ass should be deported permanently.

We need to stop calling them Migrants, a person legally in the country, and start calling them what they are , Illegal Criminal Alien!
