Oh, I'm sure he'll be just fine

A cannibal in Connecticut has been granted conditional release from a psychiatric hospital after brutally killing a man with an axe, eating one of his eyeballs, and part of his brain.

  1. "Eating one of his eyeballs, and part of his brain". Yummy. I wonder which seasonings are appropriate for those items? I'd better consult with Hannibal Lecter for some haute cuisine suggestions.

    1. For the eyeball, go in the direction of pepper and cinnamon with a sniffle of nutmeg...as an opener, naturally.

Brains, assuming you are not partaking of a leftist, go with thyme and subdued cumin, and glazed carrots.

  2. By the victims name, it makes me wonder if he won’t be transferred to the southern border to spoil the taste of America to those looking to enter illegally .

  4. What kind of a sick ass eats the eyeball. I'm sure some 3rd world country has a backward area that goes for that but not here in the US of A

    1. I've eaten goat eyeballs before. Greek dish, I was in a restaurant drunker than hell and couldn't read the menu so I pointed to something. Yes, I ate a couple and no, I'll never do that again.

    2. So... the guy who has been under close control in padded cells and forced to take medication at , for 15 years hasn't eaten anybody...else. Ergo, he's fine.... and he will be too as long as he takes his medication every day at 9 a.m., noon, 3 p.m., 6 p.m., 9 p.m., and midnight.

    3. Anony @ 9:17, right. Then when he quits doing meds and does the fun stuff, drugs and alcohol, well gee this guy needs his head bashed in!...Oh!...I'm hungry, (those darn munchies). Medical staff under these circumstances need to be held accountable.

    4. I had raw rabbit eyeball in SERE school. Pop it in, chase it with plenty of water, and DON'T CHEW IT.
Also: raw rabbit liver. Same deal.

  6. This is the kind of advanced mental health practice we see here in the UK. It's called "Care in the Community" and yes, it backfires regularly and nobody is held to account.

  7. There was no mention of Fava beans or Chianti in the piece I read. ;-))

The judge and the parole board all need to be indicted tried and executed for malfeasance.

“The board previously determined that Mr. Smith has demonstrated long-term stability, remained engaged in all recommended treatments, and consistently followed his care plan”, which he'll ditch as soon as the door to the jail slams shut after his exit.

This guy is a ticking time bomb waiting for the first disturbance to set it off.

I'm giving him a month tops before he kills again.

  8. I've never understood why 'crazy' gets a pass on crimes. If it was up to me crazy would be put down like a mad dog. Don't care if they're crazy.

  9. Elect him to Congress and subsidize his dinner parties for his peers. Just an idea.

  10. Evil or crazy, machts nichts. Dead is the answer that creates zero recidivism.

  11. And yet, as a Connecticut resident, I would still take this guy over anyone in our congressional delegation or the governor

  12. Place him in a home for blind Democrats and he will starve trying to find eyes and brains.

  13. They're giving him a second bite of the apple.
