MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Two men are now behind bars after they were accused of following and beating a UPS delivery driver over a package last month in Whitehaven.
Martez Rodgers, 32, and Major Hurt, 40, are both charged with criminal attempts first-degree murder, and aggravated assault.
