DeleteThere was a biography on Joseph Stalin, _Koba the Dread: Laughter and the Twenty Million_ that starts with Lenin. One of the first things Lenin did was crash the value of the ruble. If the ruble is worth zero, the man with no rubles has just as much purchasing power as the man with 10 million rubles.
ReplyDeleteThe same is being done to the American dollar through reckless deficit spending and massive deficits. Combine that with the West's war on the farmer (setting the world up for global famine) and the seeds will be there for a authoritarian take over of the United States. The new government will be "unburdened by what has been" -- and if history is any indicator, the people who were productive in the old society will be fertilizer in the killing fields.
To paraphrase Lenin,"We couldn't have pulled this fucker off without money from Foreign Banks.".
