POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Polk County woman was arrested this week after stealing electricity and siccing her dogs on utility workers, according to the sheriff’s office.
"Now, Perkins faces charges of aggravated battery on law enforcement; aggravated assault on law enforcement; two counts of aggravated assault; resisting with violence; resisting without violence; theft of utility services; petit theft; trespassing; animal cruelty; open septic; nuisance injurious to health; burning prohibited materials; waste tire disposal; misuse of 911; and unpermitted landfill."
Polk County is the jurisdiction of Sheriff Grady Judd. Gotta love his press beatings. Also impressed that his deputy didn’t see fit to shoot the dogs. MartyB
