POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A Polk County woman was arrested this week after stealing electricity and siccing her dogs on utility workers, according to the sheriff’s office.

  1. Things might have worked out better for her if 28-year-old Tiffy had restrained the dogs and offered the electricity workers some poon tang.

  5. Polk County is the jurisdiction of Sheriff Grady Judd. Gotta love his press beatings. Also impressed that his deputy didn’t see fit to shoot the dogs. MartyB
