Anthony Fauci's wife has stepped down from her job after being told she'd have to swap Washington DC for remote locations like Alaska.
Christine Grady, who until this week served as the head of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Centers’ bioethics department, was part of mass layoffs at the HHS this week.
I hope this bitch gets eaten alive by a pack of feral beagles. That would be a fitting end to her career, considering she is the spouse of our very own modern day Mengele.
I'm sure that between her federal employee retirement package and the royalties hubby Tony receives from his patents (from intellectual properties he 'created' while being the most highly paid employee in FedGuv) they'll live a comfortable retirement.
Their reward will be in Heaven. I'm certain it won't be pretty.
I've known a lot of women that didn't take their husband's last name for whatever reason, usually because they've established a reputation in their profession under their maiden name. It's no big deal.
In the case of Washington insiders, I believe this is done more for strategic reasons: concealing the fact that they are married to other big shits (no, not shots, that was intentional on my part) in the beltway. Don't want to go advertising blatant conflicts of interest if it can be avoided, after all.
