#9 - tall buildings creating interesting wind tunnel effects. Reminds me of the spring time walk to classes when the coeds were celebrating warmer weather by wearing miniskirts.
8) Had a neighbor that wasn't the brightest. She always talked at 110 dB, I don't know if by talking that way over everyone it made her think she was right or what. But that always gave away good dirt on her that might not otherwise be noticed. Anyways, she was preaching that pressure cookers are dangerous and will just blow up on you for no good reason. And one did scald the shit out of her. But it was her daughter who said "Mom, you aren't supposed to open them with a hammer! "
#8 - One of my all-time favorite old made-for-TV movies is 'Duel', starring Dennis Weaver. The original road-rage movie! Ran up on it some time back and laughed when I realized that the radio in the Plymouth Valiant he drove had AM only!
