See, 'Light his ass up' is just an expression, not a challenge

A juvenile has been charged with murder after police say he fatally shot an adult with a flare gun in Orange County on Friday night.

    A Flare gun leaves a crispy mark so maybe he should'a used a Byrna Launcher. But any port in a storm.
