How's he supposed to earn ammo money now?

A teenage boy’s fishing bait stand, stocked with worms, sodas and candy, is a threat to government order. Max McKinney’s home-built, 6’-by-15’ shed perched at the end of his farm driveway in Spooner, Wis., has been deemed a zoning violation and shut down by county officials.

  1. In the meantime thousands of illegal alien beaner young teanagers are tending weed plants in California and the MSM are calling them "victims" of the evil ICE gestapo.

  2. Drag the building back out of sight from the road, put a sign at the end of the drive way advertising worms for sale. When the zoning people come to take a look, have them arrested for trespassing.

  4. Heading on NC 211 to Southport, there was a C-Store that said "Coffee & Worms" on the side of the gas pump canopy. Got tore down around 10 years ago for a shopping center.

  5. Sounds like he can sell agricultural things only, so he should provide some recipe cards with the worms and carry on.

    1. Worms rejuvenate the soil and are essential for horticulture. Advertise them according. What people do with them ain't his business.

  8. Dig a little deeper. Some county bureaucrat has a relative in the area of the lake either running or opening a "bait stand" crooks hate competition

    1. The article you linked has a link to the state code. My guess is the county got a nasty letter from an attorney threatening to cost the county big bucks.

  11. Zoning officials need to have their ass beaten, their tires deflated, the local restaurants should deny them service, etc.

Until, and unless, local people stop this sort of behavior in it's tracks, it will continue.

This community needs to drag these intolerant assholes out of their offices and beat the shit out of all the them then kick their asses out of the county

  13. I hope that many people would donate ammo to this young entrepreneur.

  14. Drop the T-shirts and advertise the worms for compost use. My guess is somebody else who was selling bait complained and county officials never admit to being petty.

  15. I'm a firm believer in recall elections to sort out this sort of thing. Elected officials start listening when their cushy jobs are threatened.

  18. "According to Beers, a “concern” was submitted by a local citizen, triggering county action."

There you go. Busybody wants to live in an HMO.
