Just use your best judgment… or your worst. No judgement here

  4. There's still hope for the burned up next of kin of the mistaken char broiled victim . The answer is A tree pod burial involve placing human remains, "either cremated or intact", in a biodegradable pod that is then buried, with a tree planted above it.

  5. Youre dead, youre dead. Cremation is neat, clean and doesn’t require quarts of chemicals going into the ground.

    2. All burial requires is a shovel. Everything else is just wasted money. Cremation is a lie to get people to spend thousands of dollars.

Cremation costs 700 to 1200 depending on your location and if you have a container for the ashes compared to.5000k to whatever the funeral home can guilt trip you into.
I agree it's all a scam but if you gotta pay be smart.

    4. It cost me $1200 to cremate my wife's son and that included transportation from the hospital in Hendersonville where he died to the crematorium in Franklin, a distance of about 50 miles by road. I didn't think that was a bad price.
To save us a few more bucks, our friend Woody made a very nice custom box for his ashes.

    6. It's the best price option in my opinion. Neighbor died the last week of June 2024. His wife had him cremated and provided the vase for his ashes.. He died in a hospital so the pickup and cremation was $850. She/we, I went with her to pick up his ashes, it was a 2 hour round trip in her little Mazda SUV, they would have mailed it insured for $20...

  6. Decadent's family probably was having a hard time scraping by and didn't have the means to have a funeral or proper burial. Now, because of the likely law suit arising from this mistake they will get quite a hand up to a better life. And the decadent? They got him turned to dust for free and can just put him anywhere without cost

    1. Seems judgemental, we don't know if the decedent was a depraved, corrupt degenerate from the article.

    2. Watch for 'da fambly' to set up a Go fund Me page for contributions to 'assuage their devastation' ...............via designer clothes, fancy 'ride', and a mansion in a gated community......
