So does Amazon. And, frankly, I commend them both. The category has been mainstream for decades - I'd argue since "Joy of Sex" at least, if not (much) earlier - and the specialty shops are by and large dismal, dingy, off-putting, and badly located. Needn't have fluorescent-haired drag queens touting samples, but if you're selling menstrual pads and condoms I don't see a problem with sex toys. I suppose the hypocritical Lutheran lunch ladies might, but when more than half of the total populace uses them (that's a recent but probably low estimate) and sales are in the billions, it's not a niche market. And they're fun!
The article didn't say what department has these toys.. Inquiring minds want to know.. Although it may be more fun to ask the cutest girl working there, not that I would do something like that..🙄 JD
Um, they're out there in plain sight, even in rural Oregon.... over there by the hair products.... Hell's Bells.... Rural Washington has a dildo factor in one of their larger 'rural' cities. My how times change...
