#3 I broke both my legs and had casts from my toes to my hips. We found a wheel chair from somewhere but the legs didn't adjust. I had a wide board about an inch thick, twelve inches wide and maybe five foot long. I'd put on the board on the seat with the board sticking out in front. I'd sit on the board and put my casts on the board then tie them on with a garrison belt. Worked slick. I rode an iron pony a long time. Ha, broke both my legs on Friday the thriteenth. Been home from Nam about three months. Hit a quarry stone bridge head on. I was a passanger the other two in the car were just home from Nam too. Wide open and crazy.
