An alleged feud between two elderly neighbors turned violent when a 76-year-old woman shot her neighbor in the face with a flare—and it was all caught on video.
The explanation is simple. The senior lady realized she had had left her 9mm on the living room sofa when she saw an immenent threat and felt she needed to send a visual signal in the direction of the local police station for help so she used the most readily available item. The senior guy just happened to be in the line of fire.
Obviously he wasn’t intimidated by the flare gun shot to the face as he attacked the woman after being hit and tackled her to the ground and hit her. Besides, why does she have to keep her cat inside because his dog is untrained and can’t cope with other animals. Seems to me he might want to get the dog training and therapy. Lmfao
