Yeah well, if I had to spend the day locked in a room full of kids.....

A middle school teacher in Louisiana ended up in handcuffs after a random drug check allegedly uncovered a stash of cocaine in her bag.

  1. As well as dealing with kids all day, Being a resident of Baton Rouge doesn't make for a balanced happy life either

    2. Katrina moved a lot of people from New Orleans to Baton Rouge so they could register for entitlements. It’s a family tradition.

  2. Everything is relative. Given an option between being locked in a classroom of out of control 5-year-olds or in a broom closet with the batshit crazy members of the "View" being strung out on coke looks like a lot better option than suicide.

  5. (serious comment) This is what you get when you de-criminalize drugs. And I bet she is of the era that was given a "proper talking to" if she did anything wrong.

  7. She is described as a "math intervention teacher". Since a violence intervention specialist's forte is preventing violence, does a "math intervention" professional prevent math? Could explain a lot about today's underachieving youth.
