#7 Still need good prep and a clean setup. And it will only do that for as long as it stays in calibration...which likely isn't even a full shift. I know if one place for sure that tried robot welding and went back to humans for production work because of those specific issues. It was slower and didn't produce the quality necessary for the assemblies.
