Cops in Portland, Oregon, are searching for a man who stole from a liquor store as a clerk was having a heart attack and ran away without helping the victim.
Gotta give the dude credit for striking while the aorta’s exploding. When he's caught and the cops ask him "why didn't you help him"? He'll reply: "I'm a alcoholic not a fucking Cardiologist".
