Jury trial! She smoked his last smoke AND she knew he was drunk and couldn't drive...but did she get her sweet ass in that car (which she was holding the keys to) and go and buy him some smokes? There's just some things that deserve a beating, gentlemen of the jury!
Why was he arrested and booked with a future court appearance scheduled and ordered to have no contact with his wife if she refused to press charges? Don't you need a victim in such cases?
