After Tet | Vietnam War Combat Footage | Archive Documentary (1968)

VIDEO HERE  (25:29 minutes)

Following the Tet Offensive of January 1968, the Vietnam War entered a turbulent new chapter as violence and instability spread across South Vietnam. In the early months of 1968, ITN’s Alan Hart and cameramen Peter Brown and Chris Faulds documented American and South Vietnamese efforts to push back Viet Cong forces across the country. Hart’s reports captured some of the fiercest fighting of early 1968, along with the human cost the war imposed on South Vietnam’s civilian population. They are presented here in full.
