A January shooting victim has been arrested on 19 charges, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Police said 37-year-old Lamont Havis Sr. was shot on Jan. 15. His 17-year-old son took him to St. Thomas Midtown Hospital after he suffered a wound to the shoulder while sitting in his Infiniti.
