"Can ya help a brotha out?"
Federal authorities say James Lake, Jr. set a goal for himself for Monday morning: Get arrested. And he allegedly accomplished his goal by taking a loaded pistol, 29 rounds of ammunition, and a couple of knives to the federal courthouse security checkpoint in downtown Chicago.
