Boot 'im

LONDON (AP) — Tens of thousands of people have signed a petition calling for British CNN host Piers Morgan to be deported from the U.S. over his gun control views.
Morgan has taken an aggressive stand for tighter U.S. gun laws in the wake of the Newtown, Connecticut, school shooting. Last week, he called a gun advocate appearing on his "Piers Morgan Tonight" show an "unbelievably stupid man."
Now, gun rights activists are fighting back. A petition created Dec. 21 on the White House e-petition website by a user in Texas accuses Morgan of engaging in a "hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution" by targeting the Second Amendment. It demands he be deported immediately for "exploiting his position as a national network television host to stage attacks against the rights of American citizens."
The petition has already hit the 25,000 signature threshold to get a White House response. By Monday, it had 31,813 signatures.

I saw that program and my first thought was he got rich on the backs of the American sheeple - if he wants gun control, why doesn't he move back to where he came from?
Merry Christmas to all the folks at CNN......

  1. Morgan is a despicable turd. Here's from Wikipedia:

Morgan was fired as Editor of the Daily Mirror on 14 May 2004 after authorising the newspaper's publication of photographs allegedly showing Iraqi prisoners being abused by British Army soldiers from the Queen's Lancashire Regiment. Within days the photographs were shown to be crude fakes. Under the headline "SORRY.. WE WERE HOAXED", the Mirror responded that it had fallen victim to a "calculated and malicious hoax" and apologised for the publication of the photographs.

And on the UK's phone hacking scandal:

The following day (29 November 2012) the official findings of the Leveson Inquiry were released, in which Lord Leveson said Morgans testimony under oath on phone hacking was "utterly unpersuasive. This was not, in any sense at all, a convincing answer" and "What it does, however, clearly prove is that he was aware that it was taking place in the press as a whole and that he was sufficiently unembarrassed by what was criminal behaviour that he was prepared to joke about it."

And it was this scum that CNN saw fit to put front and center.

Looks like Time Warner, which owns CNN is following in CNN founder Ted Turncoat's footsteps.

  2. Piers Morgan can't go back to the UK where guns are banned. The UK is the Violent Crime Capital of Europe. There is nothing to protect you there against violent crime.

  6. I don`t think he can go home. There was a story out last week said he split the U.K. as a fugitive.

  8. I saw that show too. My own opinion is that we treat pricks like Morgan too gently when they ask rude questions, thus allowing them to escalate the rudeness. My own impulse would be to issue one verbal warning - - "Mr. Morgan, I'll ask you politely not to interrupt me when I'm trying to answer," - - then bitchslap him if he repeats the provocation (or walk off the set if it is a remote filming). Once a few guests had treated Morgan to the bitchslap treatment (and accepted the consequences, like a good American should) he'd learn not to be rude in his questioning.

  9. Can anyone explain how this prick is any different than the other Journalists on CNN or MSNBC or ABC ... they are all lying sacks of shit. What good will it do to replace him with an American drone? They all spew the same shit.

  10. The only problem with booting this Limey dickhead is that pesky First Amendment that allows for freedom of speech and the press. Just as our Second Amendment rights should be honored whether we talk about an AR-15 or a musket, the First Amendment covers them whether feather quill or internet. I wouldn't mind someone walking up to the arrogant prick and busting him in the mouth though.

  11. Is he an American citizen? If not he has no Constitutional Rights as far as I'm concerned.
That would be like giving illegals the Right to vote.

  13. I don't. That program was aired the day of the shooting and I was at work when it happened and wanted to find out what happened. I turned on the TV and started channel surfing to find coverage and stumbled on that segment.
